The first official Jerry Garcia Band live release to be pressed to vinyl, Electric on the Eel: August 10th, 1991 features two complete, previously unreleased sets captured at French's Camp on the Eel River in Piercy, California. The release consists of the familiar Jerry Garcia Band line-up, which was in peak form, jamming through a diverse songbook including the Garcia/Hunter composition "Deal" along with previously unreleased songs and other rare treats such as "Lazy Bones" and "See What Love Can Do." This 4LP set pressed onto 180-gram vinyl features an etching derived from Thos Chapman's original show poster on Side H and includes an MP3 download of the mastered audio.
