Miami-based modern R&B/synth pop artist Trey Maxx has created a highly original new sound that deserves it's own genre. Trey's sound is a encompassing hybrid that will appeal to pop sensibilities on both sides of the Atlantic. Maxx grew up in Toronto and headed south a few years ago when he hooked up with some producers on the South Florida scene that were duly impressed with his home-made demos and knew they had someone special to work with. With a blistering debut album "To The Maxx" and a series of well received singles, Trey created a huge buzz locally that gained him the adulation of his peers and has pushed his artistry to a whole other level. Maxx's music is also starting to have ripple effects beyond his home base, as it's generating a healthy buzz globally as well.
