Since then, he served as a campus pastor at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo (where he graded more undergraduate English papers as a part-time instructor) before accepting his current position as Senior Pastor at First Lutheran Church in his hometown of Findlay, Ohio. He also began to teach English at the University of Findlay, where his wife, Pam is pursuing a master's degree in Rhetoric and Writing.
