Jenny is a speaker, author, trainer, and coach obsessed with creating outstanding female leaders in the field of engineering. She is the only female leadership coach in Australia with a degree in engineering, and she has held an executive career with Yarra Valley Water, Rio Tinto and KPMG. She helps female engineers improve their confidence and leadership so that they can achieve their full potential.
