A 25 year Air Force Veteran, Tom Block has over 40 combat sorties as an Aircraft Loadmaster in operations from Vietnam thru Desert Storm. He received a BS in Business from the University of Colorado, and completed graduate work towards an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies & Marketing. He also spent over 30 years in the Insurance, Computer Software and Automotive Industries, as well as establishing several small
businesses.

In his second publication, Tom Block reminds us of America's Exceptionalism, our history and values that made America the Beacon of the World. Included are parts of a Personal Development Course he created and taught for over 15 years to young adults (Explorer Cadets in the U. S. Air Force Explorers Program), in which he still serves as Vice-Commander.
