GOD IS SPIRIT... HE IS THE HELPER, THE COMFORTER . . . "He [Jesus] saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, 'This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased'" (Matthew 3:17). "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me" (Luke 4:18). "Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high" (Luke 24:49). "God is Spirit . . . and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth" (John 4:24). "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever - the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you" (John 14:26). "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you" (Acts 1:8). "The anointing...you have received from Him abides in you" (1 John 2:27). "Seven lamps of fire/fiery torches were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God" (Revelation 4:5). Receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Receive the Holy Spirit, Who is God.
