Penny is a young street smart girl who is forced to use her body to survive on the heartless streets of Washington, D. C. That's until she gets fed up with prostituting her body for peanuts. When Penny seeks out other ways to make some fast cash, she eventually meets Bushwack, a notorious gangster who happens to be friends with Penny's brother and the man she desires. Their relationship starts at the beginning of Penny's new hustle, which involves scheming, robbery and murder. Every hustler in the metropolitan area is a potential target. When Bushwack and Penny target a smooth talking, flamboyant hustler for their next caper, Penny has no idea that she's just bitten off more than she can chew. Penny's actions fuels a vengeful killer who will stop at nothing to eliminate her and everyone she loves.
