Carlos "Money Los" Williams, was once the most powerful drug boss Washington, D. C. had ever seen, but his flashy lifestyle made the Fed's start building a case against him and his crew. He thought running his organization with an iron fist was enough to keep him from getting bagged and it was until he was betrayed. A childhood friend that made moves for him got arrested for having 40 kilograms of coke in a rental Truck. He gave up Carlos name so fast the Fed's couldn't believe it. Seeing that he didn't have a fight against the charges brought against him, Carlos copped out to a 15-year bid and vowed to seek revenge. Now back on the streets he once ruled, Carlos sees that the game has changed and a new crew by the name of Murda Gang was taking the entire city by storm. By chance, he met and befriended the leader of Murda Gang, Tic-Tic. Together they put a plan in motion to take over the whole East Coast. However, what happened in the past is never forgotten. Will Carlos find the Rat that crossed him or will the game he thought he knew so well be his downfall?
