'Colours (of Life, Love and Faith)' is a collection of 130 poems with a wide range of themes from secular to spiritual. It has three sections, namely: 'Book One: Colours of Life'; 'Book Two: Colours of Love' and 'Book Three: Colours of Faith'. Each section, as its name implies, has pieces that relate to its tagged theme. The poet portrayed his fertile imagination with striking imagery. Writing consistently for over three decades and having these works read on radio, appeared on the pages of newspapers and published in anthologies and posted on the Internet, he had carefully sifted through the pieces to produce a collection the readers would find engaging. The lucid poems comprise free verse, sonnets, chained haiku, rhyming acrostics and more. The work features two fairly long rhyming narrative poems, 'TALE FROM LAGOS' and 'A LONG LOVE SONG'.
